Payment
We accept payment through PayPal our payment processing provider to whose website you will be directed after you have selected goods and placed them in your shopping cart and clicked the 'buy now' button. Please contact us to discuss available alternative methods of payment or to request information on account and order placement facilities for corporate buyers.
Prices
Prices provided on this website include VAT at the current rate. We endeavour to ensure that prices are up-to-date and verify our price as part of the dispatch process and in the event that the current price is higher than the price provided on the website we will contact you to discuss this. We reserve the right to withdraw any product offered for sale at an incorrect price and cancel your order.
Product Descriptions
All dimensions and weights of goods described on this website are approximate. All colour representations are approximate due to variations in presentation between different web browsers and monitors.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is by our carrier unless otherwise agreed by you and us.
Shipping costs and delivery times provided on this website are for delivery to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery to addresses outside the UK mainland can be arranged on request. Please contact us for details.
We aim to deliver goods to addresses within the UK mainland within five working days. If your order is for multiple items it will be delivered when all items are available. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and will notify you if delivery is estimated to take longer than the estimated time.
Delivery is by overnight service (Monday to Friday) but may take longer. We will endeavour to inform you of the estimated delivery date when confirming your order.
Sauce Studios Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery that is beyond our control and will not be held responsible for any loss or cost caused by any delay in delivery whatever the reason.
You are responsible for ensuring you or your authorised representative is available at the delivery address to accept delivery of the goods ordered and for ensuring there is adequate access for delivery of the goods ordered. If the carrier is unable to effect delivery due to non-provision of these requirements we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to cover the costs we may incur in rearranging delivery.
We inspect goods for damage and defects before despatch. If goods are received with damaged packaging or if it appears that goods have been opened in transit you should examine the contents in the presence of the delivery driver before accepting the delivery. If goods are received damaged you must notify us within two days of delivery and we will provide instructions for the return of the goods.
Cancellations and Changes
To cancel or change details of an order you must contact us within three hours of placing the order by phone on +44 (0) 7866269633 during office hours (0830 to 1730 Monday to Friday) or by email at enquiries@saucestudios.com outside these times.
Contracts
Order acceptance and the completion of the transaction between you and us is on despatch of the goods ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we cannot process your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions provided above.
We may be unable to process your order due to one or more of the following factors:
- The goods you ordered are unavailable,
- We or our payment provider are unable to obtain obtain authorisation for your payment,
- We have identified a price or description error,
- You are not eligible to order goods.
We will endeavour to contact you if there are any problems with your order.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you. We will take all reasonable care in so far as it is in our power to do so to keep the details of your order and payment secure but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Contract Cancellation and Returns Policy
You are entitled to cancel this contract provided you give written notice of your cancellation no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. The goods will be collected from you by our shipping agents. You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and you must not use them prior to them being collected by our shipping agents. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received them. You will be reimbursed for the price you paid for the goods less the cost of delivering (£15) and collecting (£15) the cancelled goods even when payment for delivery was not originally charged to you, but instead borne by us on the understanding that the goods were not being returned. This will be done within 30 days of them being received back by us unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered less any discount plus delivery (if a charge is applicable). You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Refusal of Transaction and Ineligibility to Purchase
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and/or to remove or edit any materials or content on this website at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our:
