Foundry cast bronze sculpture on granite base. This sculpture originally began as a sketch and subsequently a detailed drawing. I carved the form from a large block of plaster eventually committing the piece to bronze and casting 50 pieces in total before destroying the mould. Inflenced by the monumental work of English sculptor Henry Moore, this is a study of the human form in recumbant pose. Limited-edition run of 50.
